Terms of Service

By accessing or using PWNZ.GG (the “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

PWNZ.GG is a digital marketplace that connects buyers with professional players who provide in-game services including, but not limited to, currency, boosting, boss carries, and item delivery across supported video game titles.

All services are performed by independent contractors, not by PWNZ.GG directly. We act as an intermediary facilitating the transaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account, use automated tools to create accounts, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing address in accordance with applicable law. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you authorise PWNZ.GG to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page and are indicative only. Factors outside our control (game server downtime, queue times, etc.) may affect delivery. We will always make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the stated timeframe.

For services requiring access to your in-game account, you are solely responsible for the security of those credentials and for complying with the relevant game's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without a legitimate dispute
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support team
• Provide false information when placing an order
• Resell services purchased on the Platform without prior written consent

All content, branding, and code on PWNZ.GG is the property of PWNZ.GG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

PWNZ.GG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any game developer or publisher.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWNZ.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which PWNZ.GG is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
